We believe that you: 

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably within Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 

• Preferably have previous experience in an engineering role in a production environment. 

• Can demonstrate the ability to identify improvement opportunities and proactively drive projects to successful completion. 

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams. 

• Have a dynamic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage change and challenges constructively. 

• Communicate fluently in English; proficiency in Swedish is considered a strong merit.
